Terms and Conditions
Shipping is charged at a flat rate of $10 for items shipped to NSW and ACT; and $15 for all other interstate locations. We offer free shipping if you spend over $150. You can also select 'Pick up in store' at the check out - no fees or charges. At this stage we are only offering Shipping within Australia. If you wish to send Internationally, please contact Object Shop to see if we can assist you.
All items will be shipped by Australian Post within 3 business days of receiving order. Orders will be sent via Regular Post - Please allow approximately 2 - 4 business days to receive your delivery in Metropolitan areas and up to 6 business days for regional areas.
If you have not received your goods within 10 business days from shipment date, please contact us so we can follow up with Australian Post. Please ensure to supply correct postal address information to avoid delays.
All items will be carefully packaged - If you require your item to be gift wrapped, please notify us.
**Orders for Christmas must be in by Monday 16 December, otherwise we cannot guarantee shipping on time. Feel free to call us if you are unsure or want to send Express.***
We want you to enjoy and love your Object Shop purchase. We do our best to provide accurate product information and photographs that represent the goods on offer. Due to the nature of handmade work and the difference in screen and monitor resolutions, goods may differ slightly to product photo. Please get in touch with us if you have any questions or concerns before you make your purchase, as Object Shop cannot offer refunds for goods due to change of mind. Nor do we offer refunds if bought as a gift and the product is not to the recipient’s taste. We also cannot accept refunds or exchanges on earrings, publications, catalogues and sale items.
All goods are condition-checked before sending and are packaged thoughtfully. However, if you receive a damaged or faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your goods and we will assess the best option - be that repair, replacement or refund. We cannot provide a refund or exchange for items that have been mishandled. Instructions for returns procedure will follow once you contact us.
When you shop at Object Shop, you are supporting local makers. As we sell consigned work, makers are remunerated once sales are made. Due to this, we cannot offer exchanges across the range of Object Shop goods. Exchanges are only offered for like-products within a makers’s range (ie, swapping a pink tea towel for a blue tea towel by same artist). Please contact us within 14 days of purchase if you wish to exchange your goods. Any subsequent shipping costs associated with exchanges are at your expense.
If you have seen a product in store or promoted on our social media that is not listed on our online shop, please get in contact. We are happy to take orders over the phone.
