Ceramic Plate Stone Wash Small

Stoneware ceramic plate hand-made by Jeannine Hendy. 

Dimensions: (D x H ) 20.5 x 2cm 

Materials: Clay Stoneware Combination. Reduction fired to 1285oC. Textured Base. Glaze - Soft Off-white Satin/Matte glaze with iron specks. Dishwasher and microwave safe, although hand washing is recommended.      

Focused on creating quality, handcrafted clay vessels for daily use, Jeannine is informed by her unique view of each piece’s functional, visual and tactile senses. Using wheel forming techniques and hand building, Jeannine’s form design and surface treatments are influenced by her exploration of materials, landscape and the elemental process of making with clay.
