Materials: Crocheted silver wire (10% silver filled wire, 0.315mm).

Findings made of Argentium (greater amount of pure silver).

Rita Orsini first learnt to crochet as a child with her grandmother. Now, she likes incorporating and extending these traditional lace-making techniques and textile structures into her artwork. The OMA jewellery is made of crocheted silver wire (sterling, filled or plated) or, for a few rare items, of up-cycled silver wire from selected double bass gut-strings.
